Booking Policy

Thank you for trusting me with your hair!

Please read the below policies in full before booking an appointment!

Deposits

All services require a minimum 25% deposit or to place a card on file. 

This deposit will go towards the final service total.

 

Cancellations/No-Shows

Failure to cancel your appointment 24hrs prior will result in a forfeit of your deposit. If the service you booked didn't require a deposit, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service booked.

This same policy goes for failing to show up to your scheduled appointment, or if you show up 15 minutes past your appointment start time.

***Each client is given a 3-appointment grace period for the above policies. After that the client will be banned from booking online.***

Adjustments

JKBeauty offers a 7 day grace period for any adjustments needed on any cut, color, and/or extension service. 

(This does not include removal of extensions unless it is a medical emergency.)
